Core Technology is a plastic custom injection molding solutions provider.  We have 2-Shot Molding capability on all of our machines using our auxiliary e-multi units. Core has the ability to do insert molding with brass inserts as well as thermal insertion with this automated process.  Final assembly takes place with our Aerospace parts that are molded and there are several components that are drilled, glued and assembled into finished goods.  Our Gaming products are injection molded with a 2-shot process, packaged into finished goods, and shipped to 150 countries.  Within our certified ISO 7 Class 10,000 Cleanroom, we are able to provide medical grade products.  As well as assemblies for vaccine delivery systems, plunger rods for syringes, contact lens cases, and cornea transplant chambers.  Core Technology has EDI Connectivity to receive our customer’s forecasts and see the upcoming releases to help manage inventory and improve our customer’s cash flow with Just-In-Time shipping.  We have access to a Supplier Web Portal to update documents, project timelines that include PPAP submissions with run at rate data.  Core is able to provide engineering support which includes mold design, mold flow analysis and guidance in the material selection process.  There is a licensed Tool & Die Maker in-house for Preventive Maintenance, Repairs and Engineering Changes.
